Sterilization of EPDA and fishing ports

The Environmental Protection and Development Authority in Ras Al-Khaimah has finished sterilizing all its facilities and fishing ports throughout the emirate within the framework of the national sterilization program and to preserve the safety of all groups of society in light of the current conditions.

The authority continues to provide all its basic government services provided to industrial and medium and small-sized industrial and professional enterprises, fishermen and others through electronic channels and social media, while providing all facilities for them to achieve the highest levels of customer happiness.

Dr. Saif Mohamed Al-Ghais, Director General of the Authority said: The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) was the first to close its main service center in the emirate 4 years ago, when it succeeded in a complete digital transformation of environmental permit services, so that the facilities submit their requests and pay the fees electronically, the request is processed and the service is produced electronically through employees The Authority, while environmental monitors rely on environmental control screens related to factories and the application of the Smart Lightning to complete field procedures, until the installations are delivered electronically and without the need to attend the Authority’s headquarters.

He added: various NOC services, import and export certificates for chemicals and environmental studies in addition to the services of fishermen, customers can submit an application for them through the use of the official e-mail of the authority, as the authority provided the clients with guides on how to provide services through the site or e-mail in both languages Arabic and English and circulating it on all social media, and the authority also activated the use of modern technologies to hold meetings with partners, customers or employees, in order to save time and effort for all parties.

Al-Ghais called on customers to use modern technical means and digital channels because of their ease and shortening of time, in addition to the fact that the Authority is ready to receive comments and suggestions regarding the services it provides through digital channels as well.
