Description of the initiative:<\/strong><\/h4>\n This award aims to promote environmental awareness among school students and spread the culture of conservation in schools and homes. EPDA has implemented several programs for this project. It launched the Environmental Researcher Workshop by inviting students to Khor Muzahmi Protected Area, students learnt how to use the microscope and how to identify the mangrove trees and the importance of protecting them. And they planted the mangrove trees in Khor Muzahmi Protected Area.\n<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
