Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Dr. Saif Al Ghais, Executive Director of the Environment Protection and Development Authority in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the launch of the Fourth World Conference in Ras Al Khaimah, Global Warming and Ecosystem Productivity, on 3th April for 3 days at Al Hamra Conference Hall, in Al Jazeera Al Hamra.
