Citizen fishermen spotted large quantities of vegetables and fruits inside the sea near Sha’am area in Ras Al Khaimah yesterday.EPDA attributed this to the sinking of a commercial boat. As sea currents and high waves contributed to the approach of the cargo. Dr. Saif Al-Ghais, Director General EPDA, said that fishermen spotted quantities of agricultural products in the area near Shaam, and there are some fishermen monitored sinking of a boat near Al Jazeera Al Hamra. Still it was not confirmed whether it was the same boat carrying the cargo.
