Based on the keenness of the Environmental Protection and Development Authority to take into consideration the needs of all segments of society by providing its services and providing them with all facilities to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and comfort. EPDA customer can apply for services electronically and without the need to be present at the EPDA’s headquarters or the Hasbah Customer Center, and this comes in line with the directions of the state and the government.
EPDA also directed its customers to use the electronic and smart services that the authority provides, whereby customers can provide environmental licenses and permits services through the EPDA’s website www.epda.rak.ae. As for the NOC services, import and export certificates for chemicals and environmental studies, in addition to the fishermen services, customers can submit an application for them by sending the application to the official email: email@example.com
In addition, EPDA has activated the use of new technologies to hold meetings with partners, customers or employees, in order to save time and effort for all parties.
For his part, Dr. Saif Mohammed Al Ghais Director General of EPDA said: "EPDA is keen to provide the highest levels of service to all and seeks to facilitate procedures, and reduce the number of customers who have to visit the EPDA's headquarters or the customer center. In addition to EPDA’s effort to provide all the facilities and needs of its customers and the development of its services to become smart, inexpensive and with easy-simple steps, and to meet all the expectations of its customers. We also encourage everyone to use modern technical means because of their ease and shortening of time, in addition to the fact that the Authority is ready to meet Accept notes and suggestions regarding services.
